Client Profile
A local large‑scale gold mining enterprise, mainly engaged in gold ore processing and tailings disposal. The original pumping equipment suffered fast wear, high operating expense and expensive local spare‑part supply.

Client Challenges
Frequent pump wear‑out leads to frequent shutdowns; locally‑sourced replacement parts are costly; overall procurement and operation costs remained high.

Our Solution

Supplied 2 sets of 300mm caliber slurry pumps, 5 sets of 22 kW submersible slurry pumps, 12 matching valves, together with complete sets of supporting spare parts for the whole equipment.

Project Result
The equipment has been running steadily for one year. Compared with the former solution, the client’s operating costs decreased by around 20 %, and procurement costs were reduced by 27 %. Stable parts supply guarantees continuous mine production.
