Zimbabwe Chromite Ore — Delivered — Between March and December 2025, we sourced approximately 12,000 MT of chromite lump ore (Cr₂O₃ 40–42%, Cr:Fe ratio 2.5–2.8) from a mid-sized mine in Zimbabwe's Great Dyke region, shipping in 6 batches of roughly 2,000 MT each via Durban port to Tianjin. The project required coordinating inland haulage across Zimbabwe and South Africa, managing port storage during peak-season congestion, and conducting pre-shipment SGS inspections to keep grade within the agreed range. Despite occasional transport delays and grade fluctuation at the mine, all 6 batches were delivered and accepted by the buyer, with final settlement completed without major claims. We are currently in talks for a 2026 repeat order.
